The main products are 4 to 12-inch batch and single-wafer etching and cleaning wet process tools, the application range covers MicroLED, third-generation compounds, micro-electromechanical, back-end packaging, integrated circuit IDM, and foundry. The wet process tools meet nearly 90% of wet process steps, including photoresist removal, oxide film etching, metal film etching, silicon nitride etching, furnace tube cleaning, etc. Tronway takes the core strategy of "Developing technologies and products to meet customers' future needs" and the quality policy of "products and services to meet or exceed customers' needs", to provide customers with high-quality integrated circuit wet process tools.
